In my daydreams, I was supposed to become an actress. Then a film director. Instead, I ended up having many camera gear conversations with uncs at wedding. 

I'm a Finnish photographer and fascinated by the strange things that make us human: trust, imperfection, awkwardness, social dynamics and the moments nobody planned for.

Alongside photography, I've studied communication and interaction. How to connect as real people, value empathy, understand, and choose active listening over automated processes. Looking back, that subject may have shaped the way I work today.

 Also, I’m slightly obsessed with old family photo albums, which probably explains why I have a hard time trusting perfection.
